You will set the tone for a welcoming, hospitality-focused environment and lead by example on the sales floor to ensure memorable customer experiences. You will support operations, provide coaching, assist with scheduling, and stay aligned with current promotions and store policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds and maneuver on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and supervise the team.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support.
• Communicate brand priorities to store teams.
• Manage operations such as cash handling, inventory, and replenishment.
