Daiso USA is seeking a Store Sales Associate Lead to supervise a team of sales associates, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales to meet store targets. The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will schedule tasks, train and evaluate staff, assist with inventory, and ensure a welcoming, well-organized store floor.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail management training is a plus.
• Proven retail sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong leadership and the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support.
• Schedule tasks to team members to ensure efficient store operations.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Assist in training new sales associates and fostering a positive work environment.
• Greet and assist customers, provide product knowledge, and resolve concerns promptly; maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
• Drive sales by engaging customers, meet or exceed targets, monitor trends, and collaborate with the store manager on strategies.
