Responsabilidades

• Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support.
• Schedule and assign tasks to team members, ensuring efficient store operations.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Assist in training new sales associates and fostering a positive work environment.
• Greet and assist customers, provide product knowledge and recommendations.
• Resolve customer complaints and elevate when necessary.
• Drive sales by engaging with customers and promoting products.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Monitor sales trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock management.
