Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support; schedule tasks and monitor performance.

• Sales and Target Achievement: Drive sales, meet/exceed targets, monitor trends, collaborate with store manager on strategies.
• Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, organizing, replenishing merchandise, and labeling.
