Job summary

Knitwell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for a Chico’s store in Kittery, ME. You will partner with store leaders to supervise the team, model customer-focused hospitality, and drive brand standards to deliver memorable experiences.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, inventory, and daily operations while fostering teamwork and a positive atmosphere. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Coach and support team to hit performance goals.
• Handle scheduling, cash handling, and inventory tasks.
• Ensure store policies and promotions are communicated.
• Support associate development and provide feedback.
