Job summary

knitwellgroup is seeking a Sales Lead for Store 3093-Gloucester Premium Outlets, Blackwood, NJ. You will model outstanding customer experiences, guide associates, and work closely with the Store Manager to step in as manager when needed.

This role emphasizes personalized service, onboarding and developing a highly engaged team, and maintaining top standards while enabling seamless omnichannel shopping.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching teammates.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative and can organize, delegate, and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Model excellent customer experiences and guide associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to act as manager when needed.
• Support onboarding and development of a highly engaged team.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards and drive an omnichannel customer experience.
