Job summary

Talbots, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead for our Tulsa Jenks location. You will model excellent customer service, guide and coach associates, and collaborate with the Store Manager to operate store functions. You’ll help create a welcoming, high-performing team focused on a seamless omnichannel experience.

The role requires strong communication, basic POS proficiency, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends. Prior retail leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience is preferred.
• Management experience is preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates.
