Job summary

White-House-Black-Marke in Henderson, NV is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model brand standards. You will drive a customer-centered experience on the sales floor, share product knowledge, and use an omni-channel approach to meet store goals.

This role requires at least 18 years old, 2 years retail management experience preferred, strong communication, and flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate the register and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, share product knowledge and omni-channel approaches.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, coaching feedback, and scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas with store leadership and contribute to a positive work environment.
