Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 3138‑Spring Creek Plaza‑WHBM‑Edmond, OK. You will supervise the team, lead by example, and partner with store leaders to uphold brand standards and a welcoming, customer-centered environment.

Role requires 2+ years of retail management, strong communication, and the ability to manage operations and schedules while supporting sales goals. This is a regular/part-time on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and using an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities such as cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
