• Proficient with technology and able to operate store systems accurately.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs to support their shopping experience.
• Share product knowledge to outfit and inspire customers.
• Empower teams to meet customer expectations through the company selling model.
• Assist store leaders with daily operational plans.
• Motivate and coach associates to improve performance.
• Support onboarding of new associates as needed.
• Follow brand guidelines, operational requirements, and asset protection policies.
