Job summary

Coach is seeking a Brand Ambassador in San Diego to lead on the sales floor, embody Coach values, and drive a premier customer experience. You will support store operations, participate in recruiting and training, and help implement company initiatives to raise brand awareness.

The role requires 1+ years in a supervisory retail space, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a growth mindset focused on team and business development.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs) and move inventory as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Serves as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness.
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and supports full operation of the business.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance.
• Supports recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed.
