Job summary

knitwellgroup is seeking a Sales Lead for our Soma Naples store (Store 5377-The Colonnade on 5th, Naples, FL). In this role you will supervise the team, coach staff, and partner with store leadership to ensure outstanding customer experiences that reflect our hospitality-driven culture.

You'll open/close operations, share brand priorities, train on product knowledge, manage scheduling and inventory, and support professional development while maintaining store standards and a positive,

Qualifications

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and operate the register, lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.
