Job summary

Soma Naples is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards. You will guide a welcoming, customer-centered environment and lead by example to deliver memorable shopping experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of retail management experience, strong communication, and the initiative to drive team performance. This on-site role requires flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for professional growth

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, operate the register, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations (opening/closing).
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omnichannel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with goals.
• Execute operations activities including cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Stay informed about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and assist with scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team and contribute to a positive environment.

As a Sales Lead, you partner closely with store leaders to supervise the team, lead by example, and step in to support leadership responsibilities wherever needed. You play a pivotal role in upholding brand standards and helping shape a positive team culture. You will set the tone for achieving team goals by providing clear direction and support. As a role model for the team, you demonstrate a welcoming, customer-centered environment that goes beyond the transaction to create memorable, personalized experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.
