Job summary

Soma Naples is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders to supervise the team and model exceptional service. You’ll help open/close the store, share brand priorities, and drive a customer-centric, omni-channel experience on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership with general operations, including opening and closing.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching to maintain performance goals and schedule staff.
• Handle cash, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Communicate promotions and store policies to the team.
• Support development and scheduling as needed.
• Share insights with store leadership to improve operations.
