Faherty Brand seeks a motivated store leader to guide operations, sales and team development in Charleston. You will foster a positive, high-energy environment and uphold Faherty Brand standards across the store floor, back-office tasks, and customer interactions.

You’ll drive guest capture, retention, and events, while using analytics to improve performance and ensure a best-in-class brand experience. Occasional evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in hi-growth direct-to-consumer retail brands preferred.
• Experience delivering a seamless customer experience across retail stores and ecommerce.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
