Job summary

Chico's is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 0350-Village of Rochester Hills-Chico's-Rochester Hills, MI 48309 to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards in a customer-centered environment.

You will drive team performance, share priorities, and lead by example on the sales floor while delivering personalized experiences that reflect our hospitality culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.
