Chico’s is seeking a Sales Lead at the Hillsdale Shopping Center location. You will supervise the team, set directions, and create a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our hospitality-driven culture.

You will partner with store leaders on operations, coaching, scheduling, and inventory tasks, while promoting brand standards across our channels. Must be 18+, with retail leadership experience preferred and availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening/closing and general operations.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and provide product knowledge.
