Knitwell Group is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 1242‑Tanger Outlets Charleston‑ANN in North Charleston, SC. You will model outstanding customer experiences, guide associates, and collaborate with store leadership to run smooth operations.

You will support onboarding, coaching, and inclusive team builds while ensuring brand standards and omnichannel customer service. This role emphasizes flexibility, initiative, and strong communication to drive results.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the brand with personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards focusing on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team environment and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to improve customer interactions.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and supporting the team.
• Use technology to stay informed on priorities and promotions for seamless omnichannel experiences.
