Job summary

Chico's North Charleston is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership in a Tanger Outlet Center location. You will supervise the team, coach for performance, and model the brand's hospitality to create memorable, personalized shopping experiences.

You will manage opening/closing, cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment while sharing brand priorities with the team. A strong customer focus and collaborative, proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities: cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and replenishment.
• Stay informed about current promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team to improve store performance.
