Job summary

Jockey International, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead (Key Holder) for our store in Eagan, MN. You will deliver exceptional guest service, coach team members, and help manage daily store operations to meet sales targets.

The role emphasizes opening/closing responsibilities, inventory and merchandising support, and promoting Jockey Rewards to drive guest engagement. This is a part-time, on-site position with PTO and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for extraordinary guest service and sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet guests warmly.
• Assist with opening/closing store and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Drive store sales and achieve goals through suggestive selling and product knowledge.
• Coordinate merchandising and stock while ensuring visual standards.
