Job summary

Jockey is seeking an energetic Sales Lead (Key Holder) to join our team at Albertville, MN. You will provide excellent customer service following Jockey’s service principles, focusing on achieving store goals and maximizing sales, while offering management assistance with opening and closing the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service following Jockey’s service principles and help achieve store goals.
• Assist with opening and closing of the store as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Perform sales transactions, ringing purchases and processing payments accurately.
• Merchandise stock and visuals according to established standards.
• Support hiring and recruiting efforts and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Drive sales through product knowledge and guest engagement.
