Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet guests with warmth to promote promotions and product knowledge.
• Assist with opening/closing the store as Manager on Duty.
• Support merchandising, stock, and visual standards to maximize sales and store presentation.
• Handle sales and register transactions, process payments, and count cash accurately.
• Promote rewards programs and drive membership growth.
• Assist with hiring and recruiting efforts and coach the store team.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and protect company assets.
