Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership at Store 5011-Town Center Plaza, Leawood, KS. You will supervise the team, model exceptional hospitality, and drive a welcoming, customer-centric environment that extends beyond transactions.

Ideal candidates bring 2 years of retail management experience, strong communication, and a drive to coach and develop teammates while supporting scheduling, inventory, and cash-handling tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching and feedback to keep the team on track with goals.
• Handle scheduling, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Replenish merchandise and maintain store policies and promotions.
• Support omni-channel initiatives and collaborate with store leaders.
