Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve the store's financial goals and motivate the team.
• Assist in hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and support omni-channel selling.
• Maintain an inspiring store environment aligned with brand standards.
• Oversee inventory, replenishment, and inventories to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure policies and guidelines are followed and support community initiatives.
