KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead to drive personalized customer experiences and support the store team in Locust Grove, GA. You will collaborate with leadership to model brand standards, onboard and develop staff, and ensure exceptional service across omnichannel channels.

The role emphasizes coaching, customer focus, and readiness to step into managerial duties as required. Regular/Part time schedule with evenings, weekends, and holidays shifts expected.

Formación

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Shows initiative in decision making.
• Able to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Be a brand representative delivering personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates and customers.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards focused on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused, profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to staff.
• Build productive relationships and share ideas with the team.
• Leverage technology to stay informed on priorities and promotions for omnichannel service.
• Stepping into the manager role when needed.
