Soma in Estero, FL is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model our welcoming, customer-centered hospitality. You will help uphold brand standards, guide daily operations, and create memorable experiences that reflect our culture of service.

Requirements include 2 years of retail management experience preferred, must be at least 18, excellent communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability - nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team and uphold brand standards.
• Open/close responsibilities and lead by example on the sales floor.
• Provide coaching and feedback to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Assist with scheduling, cash handling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Share product knowledge and company priorities with store teams.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork.
