Soma Naples is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders in driving team performance and unforgettable customer experiences. You will supervise the sales floor, coach colleagues, and uphold brand standards while supporting omni-channel initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 2 years of retail management experience, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset. Flexible availability and physical ability to assist on the floor are required to thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assist store leadership with opening/closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations: cash handling, scheduling, inventory, replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
• Share ideas with store leadership.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork.
• Reflect Soma's hospitality culture in customer experiences.
