Soma, an intimate apparel brand, is hiring a Sales Lead for our Clearwater, FL store. You will partner with store leaders to supervise the team, model leadership, and support brand standards while delivering welcoming, customer-centered experiences that reflect our hospitality culture.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of retail management experience, are 18+, and can work nights, weekends, and holidays. You’ll bring strong communication, ownership, and a passion for fashion and empowering

Qualifications

• Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.
• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.
