Responsibilities

Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and reinforcing brand standards.
Provide coaching and feedback to keep the team on track with performance goals.
Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
Support scheduling and associate development, and share insights with leadership.
