Chico's in Leawood, KS is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model exceptional customer service. You’ll drive brand standards, coach teammates, and ensure a welcoming, high-energy shopping experience reflecting our hospitality culture.

The role requires retail management experience and a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for development across our brands.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations including opening/closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and Omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities: cash handling, scheduling, inventory, replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas with store leadership and foster teamwork.
