Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead to support management in cultivating a customer- and product-focused sales culture across our stores.

You will help deliver exceptional service, merchandise presentation, and profitable operations. In this role you will train and coach the selling team, manage opening and closing duties, oversee inventory and cash procedures, and drive performance through strong leadership and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate with customers.
• Regular attendance is essential to this position; flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversees opening/closing duties and merchandise flow processes.
• Supervises sales associates and cash handling; ensures floor coverage.
• Maintains merchandise handling, presentations, and loss prevention.

• Assists in locate fulfillment and selling.
• Leads and motivates store team; promotes collaboration and change.
• Supports training programs and associate development.
