Chico's FAS, Inc. in Prescott, AZ is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model our brand standards in delivering welcoming, customer-centered service that reflects our culture of hospitality.

You will drive daily store operations, coach staff, manage scheduling and inventory, and leverage product knowledge with an omni-channel approach to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations including cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
