knitwellgroup seeks a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards at Store 3349-Augusta Mall-WHBM-Augusta in Augusta, GA. This role emphasizes a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our hospitality culture.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, coach the team, and support scheduling, while ensuring merchandise and policies are executed flawlessly.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, operate the register, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork.
