Savage X Fenty is hiring a Retail Sales Lead for the St. Louis Galleria location. You will support Store Leadership to build a fearless, inclusive team and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in our first IRL stores.

You will partner with Store Leader to uphold brand values, coach team members, and ensure operational standards, visuals, and technology elevate the shopping journey for guests and VIPs alike.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience in high-volume environments.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity while managing multiple initiatives.
• Tech-savvy with comfort around technology in daily tasks.
• Organizational skills with urgency and attention to detail.
• Self-directed and motivated to own tasks.
• Flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
