Savage X Inc. is seeking a driven Retail Part-Time Sales Lead at the St. Louis Galleria in St. Louis, MO. You will support day-to-day store operations and team development while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will report to the Store Manager and help maintain store standards, meet KPIs, and train associates. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; applicants must be 18+.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in high-volume retail.
• Flexible schedule with evenings, weekends and holidays based on business needs.
• Growth mindset; ability to lead multiple initiatives and inspire teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Comfort with technology as part of daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an inclusive store culture reflecting brand values and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Fulfill Manager on Duty responsibilities, including opening/closing, banking, and floor management.
• Drive KPI targets and budgets by fostering ownership and accountability.
• Educate customers on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Provide feedback on Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to motivate associates to meet performance goals.
• Communicate inventory/training needs to improve customer experience.
• Maintain merchandising standards to optimize shopping flow and add value.
• Support inventory controls and back-of-house organization; assist with merchandising.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
