Job summary

Savage Retail is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager for our St. Louis, MO store at St. Louis Galleria.

This role reports to the Store Manager and is key to driving store performance and team development, delivering a fearless and inclusive customer experience as part of the Savage x Fenty brand. You will work with the Store Manager to hire, onboard, and coach staff, ensure operational excellence, and uphold brand standards across the store team and VIP guests.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in high-volume retail.
• 2-3 years of direct leadership experience.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an inclusive store culture reflecting brand values.
• Fulfill Manager on Duty responsibilities, including opening/closing, deposits, and floor supervision.
• Drive KPI targets, budgets, and performance through accountability.
• Uphold safety and security standards and address issues.
• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on hiring, onboarding, and training of staff.
• Coach and develop store team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Develop operations systems for receiving product, inventory, and shipping.
