Savage X Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Lead for our Lenox Square Mall location in Atlanta, GA. You will partner with the Store Leader to build an inclusive, high-energy team and deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

You will coach sales advisors, ensure brand standards, and drive a fearless, confident environment reflective of Savage X Fenty’s values as we expand our retail footprint across the country.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in high-volume retail preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to convey vision clearly.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity while guiding multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an inclusive store culture reflecting brand values.
• Partner with Store Leader to deliver a dynamic customer journey and elevated visuals.
• Achieve KPI targets by driving accountability and performance.
• Address opportunities and roadblocks with urgency with cross-functional partners.
• Engage guests and VIP members with body positivity, product knowledge and authenticity.
• Provide training and feedback on customer service and operational standards.
• Inspire sales advisors to meet personal and team targets.
• Coach on visual merchandising via VM guides and floorsets.
• Serve as a product knowledge and operations resource for the team.
