Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment; management experience a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Running, etc.).
• Ability to engage customers and work with a large team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience and guide associates toward sales goals.
• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to motivate the team and meet performance targets.
• Maintain merchandising and training communication, ensuring a seamless in-store experience.
• Support inventory handling and safety standards; assist with events and promotions.
