• Hold pre-shift meetings to share goals and information for the day.
• Lead customers, greet guests, and provide concierge-level service.
• Train staff to deliver customer-focused service and resolve guest issues.
• Manage inventory and coordinate stock from warehouse and vendors.
• Balance cash and daily sales; lead nightly closeout and audits.
