Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Retail Sales Lead Worker to coordinate store operations, train cashiers and utility workers, and assign daily tasks to sales associates. You will ensure prep for the day ahead, greet guests, and maintain a professional atmosphere even in the absence of management.

You will lead pre-shift briefings, act as a concierge resource for guests, train staff, and resolve guest issues promptly. The role requires flexibility for weekends/holidays and proficiency with MS Office and POS

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Mathematical skills are required to facilitate sales reports and audits.
• Must be of legal age to work with alcohol.
• Must provide proof of having earned a responsible alcohol training and certification program where applicable.
• Must be flexible, willing to work a rotational schedule with rotational days off that may include weekends and holidays.
• Must be fluent in the native language, both spoken and written.
• Must be computer literate in MS Office programs.
• Ability to operate equipment such as Photocopier, Vacuum Cleaner, Calculator, Printer, Telephone, Computer, POS System.
• Must be well groomed and always maintain a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Sales Associate and General Utility Worker duties.
• Hold pre-shift meetings to ensure the team is aware of the day's tasks and information.
• Retail Leads should be knowledgeable about the area, acting as concierge for guests.
• Ensure all guests are greeted on entry to the store.
• Train staff to develop customer service oriented professionals.
• Ensure smooth operations in the manager's absence and handle customer relations issues.
