Job summary

Thomas & Galbraith is seeking a Retail Sales Lead Generator to join our team of creative and energetic employees who deliver the best customer service experience every day. Our Retail Sales Lead Generator act as brand ambassadors at our partner businesses by answering customer questions about our products and services and then encouraging them to schedule appointment for estimates of these services.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the display to discuss the companys products and services.
• Walk stores engaging customers about home service needs.
• Explain features and benefits and gather customer needs.
• Schedule appointments for Sales Consultants to visit customers' homes for estimates.
• Build rapport with store leadership teams.
• Attend monthly meetings and trainings.
• Represent the company professionally and ethically.

What Will I Do?

• Greet customers approaching the company display to encourage them to stop and learn about the companys products and services
• Walk throughout the stores, engaging customer's in conversations about their home service needs
• Explain features and benefits of the various products and services while soliciting information from the customers on their individual needs
• Schedule an appointment for one of our Sales Consultants to visit the customers home to provide an estimates for product and services
• Build rapport and relationships with the store's leadership team
• Attend required monthly meetings and trainings
• Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically

Do I have What it Takes?

• Prior experience working is sales is highly desired but not required
• Required to be standing/walking or sitting for 4-8 hours at a time
• Must be outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated
• A+ communication and customer service skills
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have the ability to use smart-phone utilizing email and text
• No HVAC or Water Treatment experience required but it's a plus
