Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching to store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversions.
• Concentrate on delivering an exceptional store experience and consultative selling to meet customer needs.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Lead as Floor Leader to ensure a great customer experience across store areas.
• Support company initiatives and adapt to changes as needed.
• Maintain an engaged store environment and assist with daily tasks.
• Coordinate operational tasks with the General Manager.
• Mentor team on behaviors that win through role playing and feedback.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
