Job summary

Staples in Dallas is seeking Retail Sales Supervisors to champion customer engagement and oversee front-of-store operations. You and the store team will focus on increasing sales, conversions and service throughout the store, while actively engaging customers to provide complete solutions.

Hiring immediately. Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion, and own weekly sales and merchandising activities while directing the Floor Leader

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services.
• Able to work a flexible schedule based on store needs.
• Strong customer engagement and listening skills.
• Effective communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience coaching a team or supervising others.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of handling conflicts calmly and professionally.
• Commitment to honesty and integrity in customer and business information.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader duties, directing the team to deliver a great customer experience.
• Champion company initiatives and adapt to changes or additional duties as assigned.
• Remain available and foster an engaging store environment.
• Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks within the store.
• Assist with operational tasks in partnership with the GM.
• Coach the team on behaviors to win, using role play and feedback.
