The Associate Lead helps management run store operations, ensuring a great customer experience and profitability, including supervising sales and cash handling, scheduling, and training. This role may be required to travel within the district and support promotions and visual standards. The wage range for this position is $17.90 - $22.35 per hour, with rates determined by qualifications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Minimum 2 years prior retail or sales management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
• Able to travel to stores throughout the district.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform store operations tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promotes customer service by greeting and assisting customers; responds to inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Performs cash handling, price changes, merchandise handling, and open/close duties; reviews payroll docs for accuracy.
• Monitors sales activities and productivity; provides coaching and feedback to associates.
• Maintains awareness of customers to increase service levels and reduce security risks; follows payment/exchange policies.
• Presents and displays merchandise per promotions and standards; supports inventory receipt and dispatch.
• Supervises associates on sales, inventory reception, and cash reconciliation; prepares weekly schedules.
