Warby Parker seeks a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences across our U.S. retail stores. You’ll share our story on the sales floor, contribute to process improvements, and participate in special projects.

You’ll lead selling on the floor when managers aren’t present, open/close the store, and help foster an inclusive, respectful environment for customers and teammates. Previous retail leadership experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a management position
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for top-notch service
• Ability to adapt quickly under pressure and stay motivated
