Lane Bryant is seeking a Sales Lead to create an engaging environment for associates and customers in a store setting in Florida. You’ll partner with Store Manager to execute daily action plans and, when needed, step into the Manager role to keep operations running smoothly and the team motivated.

Your role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences, sharing product knowledge, and guiding teammates to reach sales targets while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for styling and customer service.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs to support shopping experiences.
• Share product knowledge to outfit and inspire customers.
• Empower teams to meet sales goals through company selling model.
• Assist store leadership with onboarding new associates when needed.
