Job summary

Lane Bryant in Burlington, MA is seeking a Sales Lead to create an engaging environment for associates and customers. You will partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans and guide the team to meet store goals, while stepping into a Manager role when needed.

You will help train and motivate associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store performance in a fashion-forward, inclusive brand environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail experience or equivalent in customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for styling and helping customers.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Proficiency with store technology and systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and engage with them to understand their needs and support shopping experiences.
• Share product knowledge to outfit and inspire customers.
• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the company selling model.
• Assist store leaders with daily operational action plans.
• Motivate and coach associates to recognize and improve performance.
• Identify business opportunities in collaboration with store leaders.
• Assess daily schedules to maximize productivity and manage payroll fairly.
• Communicate priorities to store teams and share daily updates.
• Assist onboarding of new associates when needed.
• Uphold brand guidelines, operational requirements, and asset protection policies.
