Lane Bryant in Burlington, NC is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with the Store Manager and drive daily action plans. You’ll guide associates, maintain store operations, and ensure a fabulous shopping environment while developing leadership readiness for future roles.

You’ll welcome customers, share product knowledge, and coach teams to exceed expectations. A 1–3 year retail background and flexible availability are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for styling and working with people.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Proficient with technology and store systems.
