Job summary

White House Black Market in Dayton, OH is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model exceptional service on the sales floor. You’ll help drive brand standards and create a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our hospitality culture.

The role requires at least 18 years old, strong communication skills, and about 2 years of retail management experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds and operate the register.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork.
