Qualifications

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store operations and assist leadership.
• Share brand priorities with store teams and lead by example on the sales floor.
• Coach and encourage the team to meet performance goals.
• Handle scheduling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
• Provide product knowledge and support omni-channel sales approaches.
